We were really pleased to be able to take part in this year’s TAPPICon, which was held at the Cobb Galleria in Atlanta, Georgia. The CPV team – Elven and Clive – had a blast over the five days and made some fantastic new friends and contacts within our amazing industry.
Based in the Tissue Pavilion, we were showcasing our UltraCORE mother reel core product that is helping mills all over the world enjoy significant reductions in production costs, whilst ensuring greater sustainability for their operations along with the associated environmental benefits.
On the second day of the show, Clive Carpenter presented a paper in the New Technology Showcase that explored how CPV is supporting the paper and tissue manufacturing industries’ drive to ensure their products are produced in the most sustainable and cost-effective way with the development of UltraCORE.
In the session, Clive detailed the background to UltraCORE during early product trials in the 1990s through to showcasing how an increasing number of tissue and paper mills throughout the world are benefiting from adopting this cost-saving, sustainable solution.
